Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group seeks an experienced Network Engineer to own the IP/Ethernet infrastructure for a multi-DC AI cloud. You will shape EVPN-VxLAN fabrics, manage BGP and DCI design, and build automation to express network intent as code across four US DCs and international sites.

Applicants should have 5+ years in data center networking, strong EVPN-BGP experience, and proficiency with Arista/Cisco platforms. This role emphasizes runbook-driven change and scalable, churn-free operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center network engineering with hands-on EVPN-VxLAN deployment.
• Strong BGP expertise with route policies and communities.
• Experience designing multi-site DCI with EVPN multi-homing.
• Proficiency with Arista EOS and/or Cisco NX-OS in spine-leaf DCs.
• Familiarity with firewall platforms for perimeter security.

Responsibilities

• Own EVPN-VxLAN fabrics for multitenant isolation and mobility.
• Develop multi-site DCI overlay/underlay across US DCs with consistent L2/L3 services.
• Manage BGP (eBGP/iBGP), OSPF, ECMP, and VxLAN across spine-leaf.
• Handle IP transit, peering and internet edge infrastructure.
• Oversee WAN/IP backbone linking US DCs to APAC and Iceland sites.
• Operate network gear: Arista, Cisco, Palo Alto switches/routers/firewalls.
• Automate with Ansible, Terraform, Nautobot/NetBox for IPAM/DCIM.
• Monitor network health, capacity, SLA across all sites.
• Maintain network architecture docs, configs and change procedures.
