Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and 5 years of network support experience or equivalent with certifications.
• Knowledge of local and wide-area networks, wired and wireless, and related components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and interpret technical manuals; driving to sites.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Install and test network equipment, OS software, and network infrastructure.
• Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades to network systems.
• Troubleshoot emergencies and resolve system failures with minimal downtime.
• Document installations, configurations, and changes in the help desk system.
• Travel to schools and work sites as needed for maintenance and repairs.
• Assist in training staff on network usage and best practices.
