JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Identifiesenduserrequirementsbyestablishingpersonalrapportwithpotentialandactualendusersandotherpersonsinapositiontounderstandservicerequirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information or Computer Information or related field or equivalent experience preferred, but not required.
