• Provide computer and network support to administrative and programming teams.
• Configure, install, and relocate computers and peripherals.
• Administer Microsoft Exchange systems.
• Support staff with all applications within the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Assist the Network Services team in maintaining firewalls and antivirus software.
• Perform physical tasks necessary to install and maintain office equipment.
• Assist with classroom setup, video projection, and other presentation tools.
