Neurosoft is seeking a Network Support Services Team Leader to lead the Network and Security Support Team (L2/L3) and ensure timely resolution of incidents within SLA. You will drive technical guidance, training, and escalation handling while coordinating with ISC and Network Engineering to align solution design with operations.

Requires at least 5 years in enterprise networking and network security, strong leadership and mentoring skills, and fluency in English and Greek.

Formación

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge/experience with Network architectures and configurations.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in enterprise networking and network security.
• Previous experience in team coordination or mentoring engineers is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the Network and Security Support Team (L2/L3) ensuring high-quality support and SLA compliance.
• Own complex network and security incidents; act as Level 3 escalation for critical issues.
• Monitor queues, prioritize workloads, manage escalations and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with ISC to ensure effective ticket handling and knowledge sharing.
• Develop training materials and knowledge base to standardize support processes.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Oversee network and security monitoring and timely incident escalation.
• Coordinate vendor escalations for complex issues.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering to ensure smooth handover of new solutions.
• Ensure changes and upgrades follow change management procedures.
