Location: REMOTE / Florida, Florida
This job allows you to work remotely.

We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer (Remote Contract) who is responsible for maintaining and supporting enterprise application solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and performance standards.

Skills Required:

1. Experience with Enterprise Firewall policy management and migration work with Palo Alto Firewalls and VMWare NSX Distributed firewalls.
2. Experience with Enterprise Firewall Policy reviews, compliance, and remediation.
3. Experience with Firewall Policy management and Compliance tool - Tufin (Optional).
4. Experience with Automation of firewall rule creation and reporting - Python and Terraform (Optional).

Special Qualifications:

1. Assist with firewall policies/rules creation and troubleshoot as needed.

Work Description and Responsibilities:

1. Configure firewall policies based on submitted access requests.
2. Perform problem determination and resolution on firewall policies.
3. Perform firewall policy auditing and compliance using Tufin.
4. Night and weekend work (25-50%).
