You will work in a fast-paced environment where you'll design, implement, manage and troubleshoot network security architectures, continuously monitor for threats, and provide guidance to mitigate risks. This position emphasizes collaboration with clients to deliver complex network and security solutions, proactive threat hunting, and real-time incident response to ensure optimal security for a diverse portfolio of organizations. This role will involve designing and implementation solutions across multiple client environments simultaneously, leveraging advanced tools and systems to detect and mitigate potential threats, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. As a key member of the team, you will also drive service enhancements, hardware reviews, client reporting, and process improvement to enhance our security service offerings.* Client Solution Delivery: Design, deploy, and maintain robust network and security architectures for multiple client environments, including FortiGate firewalls, secure layer 2 switching solutions, access management, and Wi-Fi implementations.* Security Expertise & Consultation: Serve as a subject matter expert in network security, providing guidance to clients on security posture, industry best practices, and compliance with applicable regulations.* Threat Management: Stay updated on emerging threats and attack vectors. Continuously monitor client network health and availability, identify service trends, and lead incident response and disaster recovery efforts.* Service Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our security service offerings by assisting with service enhancements, hardware reviews, client reporting, and internal process refinement.* Project & Priority Management: Manage multiple conflicting priorities and special projects, consistently meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.* Collaboration & Training: Work closely with internal teams and assist with cross-training colleagues.
