Job summary

Nexgo Global Limited is seeking a seasoned Network Operations professional for an in-person role supporting US data center operations, including coordination with Shenzhen technical team and external partners.

The role requires 5+ years of network operations experience, strong hands-on BGP/OSPF, VLAN, ACL, VPN, firewalls, and spine-leaf design, plus familiarity with Cisco/Arista/Juniper or NVIDIA/Mellanox equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of network operations experience, with data center or GPU cluster networking.
• Hands-on knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VLAN, ACL, VPN, and firewalls.
• Experience with Cisco, Arista, Juniper, or NVIDIA/Mellanox gear.
• Familiarity with InfiniBand, RoCE, or RDMA.
• Understanding of IAM, MFA, SIEM, EDR, and security compliance.
• Working knowledge of Linux, shell or Python scripting, or Ansible.
• English communication for US datacenter teams; Chinese language proficiency required.
• Must have valid legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site operations at US data centers with colocation facilities, telecom carriers, hardware vendors, and Shenzhen team.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot service networks, management networks, and InfiniBand/RoCE networks.
• Maintain network device configurations (switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, BGP, VLAN, ACL).
• Manage access controls, MFA, vulnerability remediation, security logs, and incidents.
• Oversee network topology, backups, asset inventories, change logs, and SOPs.
• Monitor SLAs, lead major incident response, conduct RCA reviews, and drive fixes.
• Participate in on-call rotation and on-site troubleshooting in datacenters when needed.
