Job summary

Aqueduct Technologies is seeking a Service Delivery Consultant to join our Professional Services team. This hands-on, customer-facing technical engineering role will own the successful implementation of scoped customer projects and deliver high-quality technical outcomes across a range of technologies.

You will lead smaller projects independently, contribute to solution design, and ensure delivery artifacts, documentation, and handoffs meet Aqueduct standards while collaborating with Project

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on IT delivery experience in consulting, services, or IT teams.
• Strong documentation and clear written communication for customers and PMs.
• Ability to follow SOPs and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation of scoped projects and ensure secure, reliable solutions.
• Lead smaller projects independently and coordinate with PMs and peers.
• Contribute to solution designs and implement larger designs with guidance.
• Troubleshoot scope-related issues and escalate per SOPs when needed.
• Create and maintain delivery artifacts, diagrams, and handoff docs.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout delivery and set expectations.
