Job description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced NICE CxCloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in support of the Customer SDAP (Standard Data Access Platform) Program. This is a remote opportunity designed for a dedicated professional who excels in NICE CxCloud technologies and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the subject matter expert for NICE CxCloud within the Customer SDAP Program.
2. Provide expertise in NICE CxCloud solution architecture, configuration, and deployment.
3. Support day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the NICE CxCloud platform.
4. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Create and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and process standards.
7. Ensure compliance with all security protocols and policies, especially those related to high-security environments.

Required Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a SME working with NICE CxCloud or similar contact center/cloud-based communication platforms.
2. Deep understanding of Customer Experience (Cx) solutions and how they integrate within enterprise systems.
3. Hands-on expertise with SDAP or similar data access platforms is highly preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of security requirements and practices, especially in environments requiring High Security Clearance.
5. Ability to work independently while aligning with cross-functional teams.
6. Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Additional Information:

This role is fully remote, but candidates must be available to work Eastern Time hours. No travel is required. Candidates must hold active High Security Clearance to be considered.
