Job summary

Experis is seeking a Network Security Automation Engineer to join the Irving, TX-based cybersecurity and network operations team. You will design and automate security workflows across enterprise firewall, proxy, and network devices.

You will also build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub, use Ansible for automation, and integrate Nautobot as the source of truth. Temporal or ORCA will support resilient, fault-tolerant workflows and recovery logic.

Qualifications

• Senior-level hands-on Python in enterprise environments.
• Proficient with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipeline development.
• Automation expertise with Ansible and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with security controls across Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Broadcom Cloud proxy services.
• Strong understanding of network security architecture and automation workflows.

What\'s the Job?

• Design and implement automated security workflows across enterprise firewall, proxy, and network access control systems.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions to streamline software lifecycle management.
• Automate operational tasks with Ansible, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency.
• Integrate Nautobot as the authoritative source for network topology, IPAM, and configuration data.
• Build and deploy stateful, fault-tolerant workflows using Temporal or ORCA, embedding retry, validation, and recovery logic.

• Senior-level hands-on experience with Python programming in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipeline development.
• Operational automation expertise using Ansible and Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Experience with security controls and policy management across Palo Alto Firewall, Fortinet Firewall, and Broadcom Cloud proxy services.
