Job summary

Experis in partnership with a leading financial services client is seeking an experienced Ansible Developer in Charlotte, North Carolina to join a hybrid infrastructure team. You will design and implement automated playbooks, roles, and frameworks to streamline critical enterprise operations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years with Ansible, strong Python/Bash scripting, and experience with NetApp storage and data center migrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience developing with Ansible, including building playbooks, roles, and automation frameworks.
• Proven expertise in automating complex enterprise infrastructure environments and supporting data center‑to‑data center migrations.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation and customization.
• Experience with Ansible Tower / Automation Platform is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise storage solutions, especially NetApp, and storage replication technologies.
• Prior experience working in highly regulated environments within the banking or financial services sector.

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a passionate and skilled Ansible Developer to join their dynamic team. As an Ansible Developer, you will be an integral part of the Infrastructure Support Department supporting critical enterprise operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:

$63-65/hr W2
Due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors - all candidates must be able to work on Experis W2

Duration:

12-18 months
