Job summary

Envanio is seeking a Network Administrator to install, configure, maintain, and secure our network infrastructure, servers, and communication systems. You will provide hands‑on desktop support for end users across our manufacturing and engineering environments.

The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, customer service focus, and experience supporting enterprise‑grade networks, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in network administration, systems administration, or IT support.
• Experience with enterprise networking technologies and troubleshooting.
• Experience providing desktop support in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPN connectivity.
• Configure and support Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user account administration.
• Monitor network performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Maintain cybersecurity controls, endpoint protection, and system patch management.
• Implement and support data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Coordinate with third‑party IT vendors and service providers as needed.
• Ensure system documentation, network diagrams, and asset records remain current.
• Assist with planning and implementing infrastructure upgrades and technology projects.
• Support cloud‑based services including Microsoft 365, Azure, and related applications.
• Desktop and End‑User Support to employees for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Respond to helpdesk requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Set up new employee workstations, user accounts, email access, and system permissions.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and application‑related issues.
• Support conference room technology, video conferencing platforms, and collaboration tools.
• Train users on software applications, security best practices, and technology resources.
• Manage IT inventory and coordinate equipment deployment, repairs, upgrades, and replacements.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and cybersecurity standards.
