Job summary
Aerostar Airport Holdings, LLC is seeking an IT Network Engineer to evaluate, design, install, configure, maintain, and repair airport network infrastructure and related applications. The role focuses on delivering reliable performance and uninterrupted operations by monitoring networks and providing tier‑1 to tier‑3 support.
You will work across LAN/WAN, firewall, VPN, VoIP, wireless, and security solutions, collaborate with contractors and airline staff, document issues, and contribute to
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related experience in regulated systems.
- Three (3) years of related experience required.
- CCNA, CCNP routing and switching, Network+, or advanced networking training.
- FortiGate multi-threat security systems I and II and network training.
- VoIP intermediate or advanced training.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, design, install, configure, maintain and repair network infrastructure and applications.
- Monitor network performance and ensure availability and reliability.
- Provide technical support to all users at all levels within the company.
- Configure firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, encryption and wireless networks.
- Collaborate with contractors, airlines personnel and third-party vendors.
