Qualifications

• Experience using alerting/incident tools like BigPanda or similar.

Responsibilities

• Testing and assessing the network, developing and refining programs/scripts.
• Maintain operational stability, administer and deploy Unix/Linux/WebLogic configurations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and manage network protocols for optimization.
• Develop strategies for network performance improvements and targeted enhancements.
• Document network configurations and processes clearly for operations.
• Review XNOC tools for effective network operations and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve intermediate network issues, monitor services to minimize downtime.
• Update software for consistent system performance and reliability.
