Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee macro new build projects. This dynamic role involves managing site acquisition vendors, ensuring project milestones are met, and effectively communicating with landlords. You will be responsible for resolving real estate issues, conducting site visits, and managing financial invoicing for vendor services. Job description

Max Bill Rate: ***

Must be located in the Lewis Center, OH or Bridgeville, PA offices.

Work arrangement: 2 days in office (Tuesday and Wednesday) and 3 days remote.

The role focuses on relocation / new build macro projects, managing site acquisition vendors to meet goals, and successfully handing off projects to our Construction Team. Your daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

  1. Project management and milestone tracking
  2. Performing lease due diligence
  3. Representing *** in communications with landlords
  4. Escalating issues to management with recommendations
  5. Conducting site visits as needed
  6. Zoning review and hearing attendance
  7. Managing purchase orders

Additional responsibilities:

  1. Interpreting and communicating telecommunication policies to third-party vendors
  2. Resolving real estate and lease-related issues to meet deadlines and reporting requirements
  3. Negotiating with Landlords and agents to protect the company's rights and meet obligations
  4. Addressing network or site critical issues requiring escalation
  5. Managing financial invoicing for vendor services
  6. Completing FUZE tasks

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in macro new build real estate
  2. Experience in real estate, negotiation, and vendor management
  3. Post-high school education preferred, but macro new build real estate experience is essential
