Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer - III

Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years


Job Description:

The Network Real Estate Specialist is responsible for driving multiple projects through the real estate process by coordinating with internal *** teams, external vendors, and property owners or tower companies. The specialist will assign and manage site acquisition, A&E, environmental, and legal vendors to perform work in the field. They will manage vendors by maintaining weekly update calls and email communications.


The specialist is responsible for timely project tracking through entries into Fuze SPM. Accurate forecasting of milestones based on project progression is essential to ensure downstream teams are prepared before project completion. When applicable, the specialist will manage lease negotiations within ***’s prescribed leasing model and seek management support as needed.


The specialist will manage purchase orders for vendors, ensuring POs are issued before work begins and validating task completion upon receipt. Routine management of due dates will help provide an accurate forecast of future spending. Additionally, the specialist will coordinate with ***’s regulatory team to ensure compliance with NEPA, FAA, and FCC requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive project completion and manage site acquisition and A&E vendors.
  2. Track vendor performance and update project trackers, ensuring adherence to leasing, zoning, permitting, environmental, and regulatory policies.
  3. Work across multiple systems effectively.
  4. Manage project budgets.
  5. Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and project teams.
  6. Ensure all parties are informed of project status.
  7. Conduct deployment calls.
