Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Operational Readiness Analyst for large banking client projects in Plano, TX or Jersey City, NJ. The role focuses on defining, building, and operating new network services, serving as a key PARB stakeholder for operational readiness prior to deployment.

The role requires coordinating delivery, managing risks, and providing end-to-end visibility into deliverables across global teams, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must be self-driven, accountable, and capable of working across multiple teams.
• Understands network technologies and translates requirements to solutions.
• Experience with release/deployment or operational readiness of network technologies (WAN/LAN/Firewall/Proxy).
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to interface with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate routines to deliver new services and technologies across teams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments for defined deliverables.
• Ensure alignment with sponsor requirements and network standards.
• Support and manage operational readiness activities and product introductions globally.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to develop and transition new products.
• Drive process improvements and maintain governance and knowledge management.
