Job summary

EmpiRx Health is seeking a Network Analyst to support pricing execution, plan configuration, and QA across client programs. You will work independently to implement configurations, validate outputs, and resolve pricing issues with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes data analysis using Excel and BI tools, meticulous documentation, and ongoing operational support within Network Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in PBM or healthcare operations, pricing/configuration.
• Experience with benefit plan, pricing, network, and claims configuration.
• Strong attention to detail with manual configuration/updats.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks, follow procedures.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivots).
• Analytical/mathematical problem-solving and clear documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan Configuration, Pricing Execution & Manual Updates: implement configurations and perform MAC updates.
• Implementation Support & QA: support client implementations, test, and validate setups.
• Data Analysis, Research & Performance Support: review pricing data, perform ad-hoc analyses.
• Documentation, Process Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration: maintain docs and coordinate with teams.
• Maintain accuracy in high-impact pricing and configuration tasks.
