Job summary

IDEX Corporation is seeking a Network Lead to provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and operational excellence for the Network Operations Service Portfolio. This role partners with Corporate IT, business units, and MSPs to ensure reliable, secure network services while balancing cost and speed to delivery.

Responsibilities include roadmap development, incident leadership, and coordinating complex network initiatives with enterprise standards and security in mind.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of enterprise network technologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing large-scale networks.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, support, and continuous improvement of the Network and Operations Service Portfolio.
• Serve as the Network Subject Matter Expert for the enterprise, providing technical leadership and decision support.
• Define and adopt network standards, best practices, and technical direction for scalable, secure enterprise solutions.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex incidents, outages, and problem management.
• Provide leadership during high-severity incidents and post-incident reviews.
• Maintain operational stability and security across enterprise networks.
