Our client, a global leader in aerospace and defense technology, is actively hiring an NOC Technician in Annapolis, MD! This will be supporting the evening shift, 3:00 PM -11:30 PM

This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits offered!

As an Incident Manager, you’ll support the Tier 2 CAS Network Operations Center (NOC), monitoring network systems, engaging telecom providers, and ensuring the restoration of critical services. You’ll work on-site at the Annapolis, MD facility and train across Transport,

DataLink, and Applications functions.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor network and communication systems, engaging telecom providers to restore services quickly.
• Document and update incident information accurately and promptly in the incident management tool.
• Diagnose and resolve network and system issues within scope, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Collaborate with teams across Transport, DataLink, and Applications to support customer and business unit needs.

Requirements:

• Network+ certification
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols
• Experience working with Cisco devices
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles
• Experience with HSRP and BGP routing protocols

Preferred Skills:

• CCNA certification
