Computer Services, Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer II to work with customers on implementing and upgrading network infrastructure. You will plan, design, and evaluate network systems across routers, circuits, internet, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and more.
This role includes migrations, installations, and collaboration with QA and Risk Management to ensure configuration integrity and compliance. The role emphasizes leadership in complex issues, proactive technology assessment, and coordination
Network Engineer II's work with customers on implementation and upgrades of their network infrastructure as well as respond to issues related to the customer network. They plan for, design, and evaluate new and existing network systems and services between multiple platforms and protocols. This includes but is not limited to routers, circuits, internet, switches, firewalls, ISP, cabling, VPN connections, unified communications, call-center management, etc. Network Engineer II's that obtain work from a task system are primarily customer facing. Their work includes device migrations, network infrastructure, installations, and coordinating with QA and/or Risk Management to ensure configuration integrity and compliance. Network Engineer II's train and support Network Engineers.
Advanced level position in described technology. A minimum of three (3) years of successful, in-depth work experience in relevant technical fields. Accredited university, college or trade school education in relevant field or equivalent training in relevant technology. Relevant certifications preferred. (Certifications dependent on role but could include but not be limited to Cisco, Palo Alto, Microsoft).
