Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Network Operations Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to support design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure. You will handle routine upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure optimal performance.

You will work with routers, switches, wireless controllers, and cloud networking (Azure). Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, and routing protocols is expected, along with collaboration with senior engineers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2-4 years of experience in network engineering or related roles.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing/switching, VPN, and VLAN.
Basic understanding of routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF).
Exposure to wireless LAN technologies (Cisco/Meraki/Aruba).
Experience in network monitoring and capacity planning tools.
Understanding of network security principles.
Exposure to public cloud networking (Azure) is a plus.
Certification: CCNA preferred (or actively pursuing).

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and maintenance of routers, switches, and wireless controllers.
Perform basic network troubleshooting and assist in root cause analysis.
Assist with service packs, patches, and security configurations.
Monitor network systems to ensure performance and reliability.
Document network activities and maintain inventory records.
Coordinate with senior engineers and project teams for implementation tasks.
