Job summary

EnterpriseLabs in San Francisco seeks an experienced Network Engineer to lead infrastructure modernization across switching, firewall upgrades, re-IP projects, and core network services. You will collaborate with Security, IT, Facilities, Workplace and external vendors to accelerate migrations, document changes, and improve reliability and operational readiness.

Some evening/weekend work may be required during migration windows.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing and switching.
Experience configuring VLANs, subnetting, IP addressing, and related services.
Proven ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
Experience supporting enterprise network migrations and re-IP projects.
Familiarity with Notion, Lucidchart for documentation and diagrams.

Responsibilities

Support upgrades and lifecycle improvements across switching and firewall infrastructure.
Assist with network re-IP, migration, and consolidation activities.
Prepare network infrastructure for planned migrations and maintenance windows.
Validate network connectivity, routing, segmentation, and application reachability.
Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, and general connectivity issues.
Document implementation plans, validation steps, issues, and outcomes.
