Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a provider recruitment and contracting professional to support the negotiation and contracting process for physicians and groups across the assigned territory.

You will develop knowledge of products, contracting language, and negotiation skills, manage small to mid-size contracts, build and maintain relationships with providers, and assist with complex hospital and physician contracting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of managed care operations experience.
• Meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Verbal and written communication, organizational and planning skills.
• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office.
• Analytical skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel within assigned territory, including overnight stays.

Job Summary

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare management

• Advance experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Co-pilot

• Experience with spreadsheets, claims data, and market trends

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Base Pay Range

$47,500.00 - $86,000.00
