Job summary

Vanguard Technical Project Manager is sought to lead planning, execution, and delivery of End User Network initiatives across wired, wireless, and network access environments.

This role partners with Network Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Workplace Technology, Facilities, Telecommunications, and business stakeholders to successfully deliver projects that enhance connectivity, user experience, operational resilience, and network modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, engineering, CS, or business.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering technology infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing complex enterprise networking initiatives.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and governance practices.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for network infrastructure initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects involving wired, wireless, cellular/DAS, and network modernization efforts.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering, operations, vendors, facilities, security, and business partners.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, status reviews, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Ensure successful implementation of projects while minimizing business disruption and operational risk.
