Collaboration with multiple teams is essential to shape a modern security strategy. The role requires 3+ years in cybersecurity engineering, experience with security controls and risk management, and a CI/SEC framework

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years in cybersecurity engineering.
• 3+ years of work experience in cybersecurity engineering.
• Experience documenting security architecture and system requirements.
• Experience with defining baseline security requirements and CONOPS.
• Experience documenting protection needs and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop security frameworks, maturity models, and roadmaps for network and infrastructure security.
• Assess existing controls and contribute to security architecture methodologies.
• Collaborate with identity, applications, data, and infrastructure teams to shape security strategy.
• Perform security reviews and identify gaps to create risk management plans.
• Translate operational requirements into security controls and designs.
• Utilize vulnerability scanning tools for OS, web apps, and databases.
