Bold New Solutions - BNS Power is seeking a Project Coordinator – Network Infrastructure to support project managers and field teams across multiple sites. You will manage documentation, scheduling, procurement, and billing-related activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex network projects.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 3–5 years of related experience in telecom/IT infrastructure, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project coordination, operations coordination, or equivalent in telecom/IT infrastructure or data center environments.
• Strong data entry, reporting, and documentation management skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting with teams across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers overseeing network infrastructure and critical infrastructure projects.
• Assist with project setup, tracking, documentation, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and internal communications to support timely execution.
• Track project-related costs and ensure labor, materials, subcontractor, and vendor charges are allocated correctly.
• Manage change orders, project revisions, and scope updates with proper approvals and documentation.
• Prepare project status reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support procurement, material coordination, and resource deployment across sites.
