Job summary

The Panther Group seeks an experienced Infrastructure Coordinator to support network infrastructure and telecommunications projects for a leading higher education organization in Boston, MA. You will coordinate projects from initiation to completion with internal teams, facilities, and external vendors.

Responsibilities include defining scope and milestones, managing bids and vendor proposals, and ensuring compliance with infrastructure standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in network infrastructure, structured cabling, telecommunications, or related field.
• Experience with technical project management and coordinating projects from planning through completion.
• Familiarity with construction practices, blueprints, and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of network infrastructure and telecommunications projects from initiation through completion.
• Define scope, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements with internal teams, facilities, departments, and vendors.
• Coordinate vendors and subcontractors performing structured cabling, telecommunications, fiber, copper, coaxial installations.
