Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in Network Administration or Infrastructure Operations.
• Hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, IPAM, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, SD-WAN, and monitoring tools.
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud networking in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong security, network segmentation, firewall management, and secure configurations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor enterprise network infrastructure across on-prem and cloud.
• Configure DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, VLANs, routing and firewall policies.
• Support LAN/WAN/WLAN and hybrid cloud networking environments.
• Troubleshoot performance, latency, and access issues.
• Perform upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Maintain diagrams, IP docs, device inventories, and standards.
• Participate in change management for network changes.
• Support SD-WAN and cloud connectivity across Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Collaborate with Security, Cloud, and Service Desk teams.
