Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical teams and IT projects.
• Strong networking fundamentals: switching, routing, segmentation.
• Experience with IT automation and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers and drive professional growth through feedback.
• Oversee deployment and upkeep of on‑premises network hardware.
• Build IT automation workflows with Terraform, Ansible, or Python.
• Maintain network security with firewalls, VPNs, SD‑WAN configurations.
• Coordinate with Security and DevOps to align infrastructure with business goals.
• Lead incident response and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Manage project timelines and resource allocation for upgrades and migrations.
• Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities.
