Job summary

Reply is seeking a Network Administrator based in Chicago to join the U.S. Infrastructure team. The role supports and enhances the internal network across U.S. operations, collaborating with global IT to deliver secure, scalable services.

The position requires 3–5 years of enterprise network experience, Cisco tech, Windows and Azure AD, and strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. Travel up to 25% within the United States; base salary $55,000-$80,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience administering enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience with Cisco enterprise networking technologies including switching, routing, wireless, VPN, and firewall solutions.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching, VPN technologies, wireless networking, and network security.
• Experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with Azure networking and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Experience managing enterprise firewalls, Internet connectivity, and network security.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple office locations.
