Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a hands-on Network Solutions Engineer to design, architect and implement bespoke network solutions for customers in the Dallas, Houston and San Antonio area.

You will own the customer engagement from initial design through deployment, handling routing & switching, firewalls, and related technologies. Expect travel up to 50% and remote work when not traveling, with ESOP and training supported.

Qualifications

• Hands-on network design, implementation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to talk to customers and translate requirements into solution.
• Experience with routing, switching and firewalls.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work remotely when not traveling.

Network Solutions Engineer | SATX | Project Delivery

I'm working with a growing technology solutions provider looking for hands-on Network Engineers across Dallas, Houston & San Antonio.

This isn't a traditional MSP role, you'll work directly with customers to design, architect and implement bespoke network solutions.

You'll work across:

• Routing & Switching
• Firewalls

Extreme Networks experience is ideal, with Juniper, HPE/Aruba or Cisco also relevant.

They're looking for someone who can talk to the customer, design the solution and then roll up their sleeves and build it.

$120K–$130K base — potential flex for an exceptional candidate

Remote when not travelling | Up to 50% travel
