Job summary

DISCO is seeking a Systems Administrator to join the Business Technology team with a primary focus on networking. You’ll design, build, and maintain our office and Forensics networks, strengthen wireless environments, and manage our Okta and SaaS ecosystem.

You’ll lead secure AI tooling deployments, develop disaster recovery playbooks, enforce security policies, and collaborate across Legal, Compliance, and Security to drive transformation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT systems administration, network engineering, or infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with network design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience administering Okta, with app integrations and lifecycle management.
• Understanding of mail flow, backup and recovery, and Infrastructure as a Service.
• Organized and detail-oriented with documentation and runbooks.
• Strong written communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and SaaS security best practices.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools like Workato or Okta Workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve DISCO's network infrastructure across office and Forensics networks.
• Shape how we manage identity and access with Okta administration and governance.
• Build secure handling procedures for forensics customer data with chain-of-custody integrity.
• Contribute to the rollout of enterprise AI tooling with secure configurations.
• Develop and test disaster recovery playbooks and SOPs for managed tools.
• Monitor, administer, and maintain the broader IT environment, including networks and collaboration platforms.
• Enforce IT security policies and assist with audits and compliance.
• Provide escalated support and coordinate with vendors for complex issues.
