Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Network Development Engineer to join the Network Fabric Engineering team. You will develop, deploy, operate, and scale the IP networks supporting AWS services and datacenters.

Work with ML-enabled network fabrics, automate across global datacenters, and collaborate with internal customers to define designs and bring them to production while upholding high standards for safety, security, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals and protocols.
• Experience in Linux/Unix environments.
• 1+ years of data center or networking experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing, operating, and optimizing the ML network infrastructure across network fabrics.
• Automate our network across multiple global datacenters.
• Collaborate with automation teams to scale tooling.
• Work with internal customers to design/bring designs to production.
• Create and update network standards and ensure deployment.
• Implement changes on the network.
