Job summary

Infinity Systems Engineering in Welcome, Maryland, is seeking a network engineer to support the Mission System R&D contract at BPTF.

The role requires LAN/WAN administration, security, and hands-on work with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

Candidates should have a BS in engineering/CS, 3 years of network support experience, TS/SCI clearance, and experience with Cisco/Juniper devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MIS, CS or related field.
• 3 years experience in network support in a multi-platform environment.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls.
• Cisco/Juniper equipment experience.
• DoD8570/8140 IAT III certs (CCNP/CCIE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable network infrastructure.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor performance, availability, and security; perform maintenance.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Document configurations and coordinate with vendors.
