- Design and deliver secure, reliable, and observable connectivity between mission environments and Google Cloud
- Design Shared VPC, routing, DNS, load balancing, VPN/Interconnect, segmentation, and network troubleshooting solutions
- Implement solutions using VPC, BGP, HA VPN, Interconnect, DNS, and firewalls
- Mentor team members
- Contribute reusable standards
- Support RMF, FedRAMP, and DoD authorization activities
- Support L100 AI Landing Zones capability for federal and DoD customers
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant technical or engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with VPC, BGP, HA VPN, Interconnect, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, Private Google Access, and packet/flow analysis
- Active Secret clearance required
- TS/SCI eligibility preferred
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Network Engineer or Cisco CCNP preferred
- Experience with Terraform and regulated Google Cloud foundations preferred
- Hybrid or remote work with travel to customer sites of approximately 10–25%
- Washington, DC / Northern Virginia area preferred
