Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain network infrastructures and security posture.
• Configure and support routers, switches, AD, DNS, and DHCP.
• Administer firewalls, VPNs, and security monitoring tools.
• Monitor performance and conduct penetration testing for reliability.
• Document configurations and generate network operation reports.
• Provide primary support for storage and virtual server infrastructure.
• Mentor helpdesk staff and provide escalation support.
• Ensure patching and system hardening across Windows servers.
