Job summary

Simon Property Group is seeking a Network Engineer to ensure stability of data, voice, video and wireless networks across malls, offices and data centers. You will architect, install and maintain Cisco/Fortinet/Meraki environments and liaise with vendors and application owners on performance and security.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineering or 7+ years equivalent experience.
CCNA certification; CCNP preferred.
Extensive experience with SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, WLAN, VOIP, Fortinet, Cisco and Meraki.

Responsibilities

Manage Cisco, Fortinet and Meraki infrastructure across 200+ malls, outlets, offices and data centers.
Design, engineer, install and maintain data center, cloud, SD-WAN, net and VOIP networks.
Install and configure Cisco/cored routers, Fortinet firewalls, and security apps.
Provide ongoing network maintenance, updates and security patches.
Monitor performance, analyze issues and lead network improvements.
Prepare cost analyses and vendor comparisons to ensure cost-effective operations.
