Job summary

Full Visibility LLC is seeking a Network Engineer - Mid with a Top Secret clearance to work onsite in Quantico, VA. The role involves analyzing, administering, and maintaining local and wide area networks, and supporting planning, design, and upgrades of systems and network devices.

The candidate will resolve interoperability issues, assist with hardware/software acquisition, perform testing, document results, and provide technical support to users in a federal environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance is required (CI Polygraph may be required).
• BS degree in Computer Science or related field; experience required.
• 4 years of relevant network experience.
• Experience with network design, implementation, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, administer, and maintain local and wide area networks.
• Assist Government Program Manager with planning, designing, evaluating, and upgrading OS, protocol suites, and network devices.
• Resolve interoperability issues across platforms and configure systems to user requirements.
• Support hardware and software acquisition, perform testing, document results, and provide technical support and troubleshooting.

Job Description

Full Visibility is seeking a Network Engineer - Mid with a Top Secret clearance to work onsite in Quantico VA.

The Network Engineer Mid will be responsible for analyzing, administering, and maintaining local and wide area networks. Assists the Government Program Manager with planning, designing, evaluating, and upgrading operating systems, protocol suites, and network communication devices. Resolves interoperability issues across platforms and configures systems to meet user requirements. Supports hardware and software acquisition, performs testing, documents results, and provides technical support and troubleshooting to users.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance This position may require the successful completion of a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.


• BS degree in Computer Science or related field + Years Experience. Masters degree qualifies as 2 years of experience, Ph. Degree qualifies as 4 years experience


• 4 years of relevant experience


• Experience working with network, design, implementation and administration experience.


• Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in network administration and engineering


• Knowledge of and ability to use relevant hardware, software, and other equipment.


• Certification in specific applications may be required, depending on the job assignment.

TARGET SALARY RANGE:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 100-150k
