Job summary

Full Visibility is seeking a Senior Software Developer to work onsite in Quantico, VA. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain software applications to meet system requirements, creating diagrams and docs to translate designs into functioning software.

With 8+ years of experience and a TS clearance, you will test, debug, and optimize software while producing program- and user-level documentation in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• B.S. degree in Software Engineering, CS, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Experience as an applications programmer on computer and database systems.
• Ability to analyze requirements and designs for functional activities.
• Proven software design, development, and database usage experience.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
• Senior/SME roles require recent leadership experience.

Full Visibility is seeking a Software Devloper - Sr.witha Top Secret clearance to work onsite in Quantico VA.

The Software Developer Sr. will be r esponsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications to meet system requirements. Creates block diagrams, logic flowcharts, and engineering documentation to translate detailed designs into functional software. Tests, debugs, and refines custom software to improve performance and efficiency. Prepares program-level and user-level documentation.

Requirements

• ActiveTop Secret clearance This position may require thesuccessful completion of a Counterintelligence (CI)Polygraph.
• BS degree or equivalent in Software Engineering,Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8 years of relevant experience
• Currentexperience as an applications programmer on computer and database managementsystems.
• Experience analyzing functional business requirements and designspecifications for functional activities
• Proven experience in designing and developing software and using databases tosatisfy design objectives.
• Knowledge of Agile software development techniques such as scrum
• Senior or SME levels must have recent leadershipexperience

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent experience of programming in the .Net programming language on Linux orwindows OS is a plus.
• Recent experience with no SQL database such as MongoDB, is a plus.
• Recent development experience in Java on Linux or windows OS is desirable.

Thewage range for this role takes into account the widerange of factors that are considered in makingcompensation decisions including but not limited toskill sets; experience and training; licensure andcertifications; and other business and organizationalneeds. It is not typical for an individual to behired at or near the top of the range for their role andcompensation decisions are dependent on the facts andcircumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of thecurrent range is $ 100-160k
