The State of Indiana's Indiana Office of Technology (IOT) is seeking a Network Engineer Manager to lead the network team across executive branch agencies. The role oversees design, configuration, implementation, monitoring, and support for data and voice networks, remote access, wireless, and security systems.
Responsibilities include supervising 6–8 staff, managing budgets and performance, ensuring network availability, and mentoring the identity management system.

The Network Engineer Manager oversees a that that manages the network for all executive branch and some non‑executive branch agencies. Network Management is comprised of design, configuration, implementation, monitoring, helpdesk, hardware replacement, and refresh. The Network Management Team also provides remote access and security systems and support for employees and State contractors.

This position is exempt from overtime compensation for additional work hours that may be required to complete essential functions or other assigned work. Exempt employees may work more than 75 hours in a pay period without additional compensation and must report a minimum of 75 hours per pay period of work hours and/or paid leave taken to receive their base biweekly salary.
Qualifications:
A degree is not required. However, at least 5+ years of experience applying the outlined knowledge, skills, and abilities in a similar role may be considered.
