Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Network Engineer for an onsite, 12-month engagement in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate combines hands-on networking expertise with ownership, clear communication, and sound judgment to drive assessments and engage vendors.

Responsibilities include leading network assessments, licensing ownership, and deployment planning, while optimizing costs and coordinating with stakeholders. Occasional hands-on installation may be required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of network engineering or infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Fortinet, Cisco and/or Meraki.
• Lifecycle experience: assessment, scoping, licensing and deployment.
• Licensing knowledge to distinguish essential features from unnecessary costs.
• Strong communication skills for leading technical conversations.

Responsibilities

• Network assessments: evaluate requirements and determine solutions.
• Licensing ownership: understand SKUs, billing, and features.
• Vendor coordination: engage with vendors for assessments and deployment planning.
• Cost optimization: identify opportunities to reduce licensing costs while preserving functionality.
• Technical communication: lead conversations with stakeholders.
