Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Gathering customer and system connectivity requirements for resilient network solutions.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Owning factory, design, datacenter and office network documentation.
• Collaborating to develop technology roadmaps aligned with IT strategies.
• Supporting and troubleshooting network faults during break/fix activities.
• Reviewing network capacity and health metrics to plan upgrades.
• Collaborating with IT groups to understand future network requirements.
