Responsibilities

Gathering customer and system connectivity requirements for resilient network solutions.
Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors for on-time delivery.
Own factory, design, datacenter and sales office network documentation and plans.
Develop technology roadmaps aligned to IT strategies.
Troubleshoot network faults during break/fix activities and events.
Review network capacity and health metrics to plan upgrades.
Collaborate with IT groups to forecast future network capacity needs.
