Job summary

ADUSA Corporate Support is seeking a Network Engineer II to support our large‑scale network across retail stores, distribution centers, offices, data centers, Equinix, and Azure. You will diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN/SD‑WAN, wireless, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and firewall issues while contributing to incident response and on‑call support.

You will implement ServiceNow changes, maintain documentation, and continuously improve network standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with enterprise network operations in a multi-site environment.
Hands-on with Cisco IOS-XE, HPE/Aruba switching, Fortinet FortiGate, and enterprise wireless.
Experience troubleshooting SD-WAN, wireless, NAC, routing, and application connectivity issues.
Ability to analyze packet captures, flow data, SNMP, and syslog across network and cloud boundaries.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity across multiple vendor environments including VLANs and NAT.
Support WAN/SD-WAN across MPLS, broadband, and LTE with failover and performance tuning.
Execute ServiceNow changes with backups, validation, and closures.
Monitor Aruba wireless, ClearPass/NAC, AP health and client connectivity.
Analyze logs and metrics using SolarWinds, Datadog, FortiAnalyzer, SNMP, and NetFlow.
Maintain DNS/DHCP/IPAM and F5 load-balancing dependencies during incidents and changes.
Own incidents to resolution with RCAs and preventive actions.
Maintain network diagrams, inventories, SOPs, MOPs, and configurations.
Build reporting and runbooks to support MSP operations.
Participate in after-hours changes and on-call rotations.
