Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Designs, analyzes, plans and modifies internal company networks.
• Installs, configures, tests, secures, and troubleshoots network hardware, software, and supporting infrastructure.
• Monitors network performance, data traffic, and resource utilization to ensure high-quality transmission and availability.
• Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network failures, performance issues, and security concerns.
• Provides technical data and voice support to users and performs troubleshooting to resolve network-related issues.
• Develops and maintains automation scripts, AI models, workflows, and operational standards for network operations.
• Collaborates with teams to integrate automation and AI into network operations and service delivery.
