  • Serve as a subject matter resource in one or more assigned technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance to network administrators, LAN and WAN engineers, account managers, and other internal stakeholders within assigned areas of expertise.
  • Maintain timely and accurate project documentation and time entries in support of effective client service and project management.
  • Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, templates, and best practices that enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional technology experience, including in a managed service-based environment.

  • Knowledge of the OSI model and core networking principles, with a broad understanding of cybersecurity concepts including protection, detection, and incident response.
  • Strong client service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated commitment to professionalism.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, remain accountable for assigned projects and deliverables, and produce results that meet client needs.
  • Effective critical‑thinking, analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and client needs in a service‑based environment.
