This role focuses on analyzing real deployed-network data and using troubleshooting, incident-response, packet analysis, and root-cause analysis experience to improve how intelligent systems understand networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Review logs, configurations, telemetry, and event streams from deployed networks.
- Label and classify network behavior, issues, anomalies, and incident patterns.
- Help define schemas and data structures for large-scale pipelines used to train downstream machine learning models.
- Work directly with the client team.

- Currently work, or most recently worked, in a hands-on network engineering, network operations, or network support role.
- Experience operating enterprise production networks, including switches, access points, and firewalls, in end-customer environments such as retail, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, universities, or hospitality.
- Ability to apply troubleshooting and incident-response experience while developing an understanding of how infrastructure data pipelines support AI systems.
Preferred Experience
- Serving as an escalation point for network incidents, including Tier 3 support, final escalations, on-call work, root-cause analysis, and outage troubleshooting.
- Enterprise Wi-Fi experience with Cisco WLC/9800, Aruba, or Meraki WLAN controllers, 802.1X/RADIUS, and wireless troubleshooting.
- Independent packet-level analysis using tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, and SPAN captures.
- Experience across varied network environments, vendors, and customer types through an MSP, VAR, systems integrator, or a diverse enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting networks across multiple sites or a large campus.
- Curiosity about converting raw infrastructure data into machine learning inputs.
