Job summary

Infosys Financial Services unit is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 to collaborate with client teams, resolve complex incidents, and design scalable IT infrastructure solutions. The role requires hands-on experience with F5 load balancers, Cisco routing/switching, and Palo Alto firewalls, along with preference for automation, cloud familiarity, and ticketing tools like JIRA/ServiceNow.

Willingness to relocate/travel within the U.S. is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a related field
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents, perform root-cause analyses, and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure, prepare assessment reports, and support due diligence to document maturity and improvement opportunities.
• Design scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions, review reusable components, and develop technical documentation.
• Coordinate release schedules and environment readiness, execute deployments, perform post-deployment testing, and manage version control.
